Papers should be submitted in English or French via the submit button, which will redirect you to the XC-D system platform. Authors will be asked to indicate the technical theme under which they would like their paper to be presented.
An invitation to submit an article was sent on February 13, 2026, to authors whose abstracts had been accepted by the conference technical committee.
Detailed guidelines for preparing and submitting technical papers can be found in the template at the bottom of this page. Authors whose abstracts have been accepted are invited to submit their full papers by May1, 2026. The GeoQuébec 2026 Technical Committee will review all papers to assess their clarity, technical merit, and relevance to the conference themes. The goal is to notify each author of the acceptance of their paper by June 12, 2026.
If the review team believes revisions are necessary, comments will be provided. All authors must submit their final paper by June 26, 2026. Each paper must be accompanied by at least one full conference registration. Presentation of accepted papers is mandatory and may take the form of an oral or poster presentation, as recommended by the technical committee.
Final decisions concerning technical merit, relevance and the theme of the assigned session, as well as the choice between an oral or poster presentation, are the responsibility of the technical committee.
Articles resulting from abstracts should cover the following topics (without limitation):
